How to recruit on LinkedIn.

When looking to attract quality talent into your business LinkedIn seems like a logical choice considering the original development was to support job seekers.
Today LinkedIn has evolved to include tools that include LinkedIn Recruiter. But there are some ways that you can use LinkedIn to recruit without using Recruiter (or to make the most of it if you are).
Leverage your network
Your network includes people you are connected to and the groups you are in. You can reach out to people you know who have the skills you need or you can ask your network for high-quality referrals. Find active groups in the field you are recruiting for. Post jobs in the feeds here if it’s allowed in the group rules!
Search for passive candidates. Look at talent in similar roles to the one you are hiring for.
Leverage your brand
Use your LinkedIn company page to give insight to potential team members. This can include employee testimonials, behind the scenes and more.
If you have built your company page to exemplify your employer brand and you have a large, relevant following, this can work to your advantage.
Remember: You can encourage team members to share your job post! This will get in front of even more people in their networks.
